Ingredients
1L milk,3 teaspoon lemon juice,1 tablespoon ghee,1/2 cup sugar
Cooking time

Simmer the milk until it reduces to 1/3 of its quantity add lemon juice to the simmering milk. Let the milk turn grainy add sugar, let the milk cake set before cutting into squares.
Our little secret...
Always use full cream milk, add lemon juice only when milk reduce to 1/3

A2 cow milk - 500 ml, Avocado - 1, Coffee powder - 1 tsp & Vanilla icecream

1/3 cup A2 milk. You can use 2%, whole milk, or a blend of A1 & A2 milk half-and-half. 1-1/2 cups ice cream. Vanilla makes a good base for most shakes, or you can use a flavor like chocolate.
